Trans Iowa V11: Here's a reminder of what Trans Iowa is.........We are informing you all that are in the event that if you don't agree that you are on your own, that you are responsible for yourself, and that this is being undertaken of your own volition, then don't take the start.
Read that and consider it carefully. 

11/29/14: The Trans Iowa Clinic was a success again. Thank you one and all who attended and especially for the contributions of Sarah Cooper and Andrea Cohen. Thanks also to Sam Auen-Tacopocalypse & Krunkwich Ramen House for the refreshments and venue. Special Thank You to Mike & Amy Johnson and Steve Fuller for the support. 
11/26/14: The Trans Iowa family is saddened by the news today of the death of Steve Hed. Steve was a true and passionate supporter of gravel road events and he will be sorely missed. Our condolences to his family, friends, and supporters. 
11/21/14: The need for volunteers for T.I.v11 has been fulfilled. Thanks to all who have contacted me. I will contact prospects for volunteering for T.I.V11 in the Spring to get your final commitment and give you more info. 
11/20/14: TRANS IOWA CLINIC: CLICK HERE FOR DETAILS For those who would like to attend a panel discussion and display/expo on Trans Iowa gear, strategy, and training which includes a Q&A with former Trans Iowa finishers, please mark your calendars for DECEMBER 6th @ 5:00pm!! 11/14/14: Now with the registration over, we have been tweaking the route to get the mileage down from over 340 miles. We have arrived at a suitable distance for Trans Iowa and cut out a couple errors while refining a couple sections. The new total distance stands at 331.77 miles. Stay tuned for Checkpoint distances and cut off times which will be announced soon.
 9/27/13: Recon trip of over 14 hours and included all but the last 80 miles of the course was completed. There may be some revisions, but we're thinking we are close. It will be a very different Trans Iowa course than you might think. Report on G-Ted Productions blog HERE. Stay tuned.......

7/31/14: The Trans Iowa family is saddened today to hear of the news of the death of Trans Iowa Veteran, Bill Pontious. Our condolences to the family and friends of Bill. He will be missed. Here is Officer Pontious' Obituary.

    8/20/13: Trans Iowa photographer, Jason Boucher has made his T.I.V9 set available via Zenfolio here. You can get images printed and sent to your door via the site. Jason says he is not making a dime off these, so it's a bargain, as these images really are top quality stuff folks. Check it out and see for yourself.
